Build your way to greatness all week long at LHD: Build by completing challenges both big and small. You’ll expand your network, skillset, and hacker portfolio, and earn yourself rewards.

January 10th - 18th, 2021

Build your way to greatness all week long by completing challenges both big and small. You’ll expand your network, skillset, and hacker portfolio, and earn yourself rewards.

What is Local Hack Day?

Local Hack Day: Learn is a global week-long conference that you can share with your community. You can pick up the new skills you need by participating in workshops and talks with a community around the world. Over the course of 12 hours, attendees will experience a series of workshops where they’ll learn skills such as publishing their first website using AWS, sending their first SMS with Twilio, and building their first game in Unity. This is an event for all skill levels, from beginners to the most veteran developers. Workshop attendees will learn skills that they can apply in their projects, schoolwork, job, and beyond.

What is LHD: Build?

Local Hack Day: Build is a week-long celebration of creating hacks both big and small. Choose between daily and week-long challenges that vary in difficulty, so whether this is your first time coding or you’re a seasoned expert, Build has something for you. The more challenges you conquer, the more points you’ll earn. Tune in each day to check out the leaderboard and show off all that you’ve built.
